MSQ and Radiumsoft LLC are hiring an experienced IT Recruitment Lead / Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

The ideal candidate should have strong IT recruitment experience, client coordination skills, sourcing ability, and a proven track record of successful hiring closures. This role requires ownership, speed, quality delivery, and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requirement intake to candidate joining.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and submit qualified IT candidates.
• Work with clients and account teams to understand hiring needs.
• Recruit for contract, full-time, and project-based IT roles.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and headhunting methods.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters when required.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and recruitment reports.
• Improve closure ratio, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• 2–3 years of team lead experience preferred.
• Strong hiring experience for Saudi Arabia and GCC clients.
• Experience with IT staffing, consulting, system integrators, or product companies.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requirements under pressure.
• English fluency required; Arabic is highly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to grow our business in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The ideal candidate should have a strong client and partner network, proven revenue growth experience, and deep understanding of the Saudi/GCC market. This role requires someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, manage enterprise sales cycles, and close profitable business deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, government entities, partners, and decision makers.
• Leverage existing client and partner network to generate qualified leads.
• Develop sales pipeline, account plans, proposals, pricing, and business presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, RFPs, negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closure.
• Build strategic partnerships with local sponsors, channel partners, system integrators, vendors, and consulting firms.
• Work with internal technical, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to create competitive and profitable solutions.
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Support business growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 sectors such as technology, healthcare, cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise services.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or client acquisition.
• Strong existing network in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Proven track record of winning new business, growing revenue, and closing large accounts.
• Strong understanding of Saudi/GCC business culture, procurement process, and decision-making style.
• Experience with enterprise clients, government organizations, private-sector companies, or channel partners.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and senior-level client conversations.
• Industry experience in IT services, cloud solutions, software development, healthcare technology, staffing, consulting, fintech, construction, logistics, energy, or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience and market network.
• Sales commission will be paid on successfully converted business deals after contract signing and client payment receipt.
